孙国华
孙国华（1925-2017），1925年生，当代著名法学家，中国人民大学法理学博士点的创建人和新中国马克思主义法理学科的奠基人之一。中国人民大学首批荣誉教授，现任中国人民大学法学院教授、博士生导师。社会兼职：朝阳大学校友会会长、朝阳法学研究中心主任、中国法学会名誉理事、中国法学会法理学研究会顾问、最高人民检察院专家咨询委员会委员等职。2017年4月14日中午13:32在北京304医院因病去世，享年93岁！
